Privacy notice

ClearFigs LLC operates this information site and a business analytics dashboard in private testing. For privacy questions or data requests, contact clearfigsinc@gmail.com. This notice describes the current test service and the read-only Squarespace connection being prepared. Customer signup and paid plans are not available.

Information we handle

For the public information site, our hosting provider receives ordinary request information needed to deliver and protect the pages, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and time of access. This site has no ClearFigs account form or advertising tracker.

The current private dashboard preview uses a local password. An individual Google sign-in path is also being tested locally; when used, it keeps the verified Google account identifier, email address, membership, role, and records needed to manage access. Business owners may upload CSV reports; their contents depend on the report they choose.

With a business owner's authorization, the dashboard can read a selected Google Analytics 4 property using read-only access. It keeps the property identifier, reporting timezone, dates, aggregate session counts, update history, and an encrypted refresh credential. Analytics sessions are not treated as verified purchases or revenue.

We are preparing an optional, read-only Squarespace website orders connection. If a business owner later authorizes it, the connector will use an encrypted refresh credential and keep the website identifier, order identifier, order dates, payment and fulfillment states, currency, paid order total, refunds when available, test-order status, and update history. Squarespace's response may contain customer names, email addresses, and postal addresses; the connector is designed to discard those contact fields and raw responses rather than save them. No Squarespace website is connected to ClearFigs yet.

How we use and share information

We use business data to show the authorized business its reports, source history, quality checks, and downloads. We do not sell imported business data or use Google Analytics data to train a general-purpose AI model. The current dashboard runs locally and is not open for public signup. Google and Squarespace provide the connected data under their own permissions and terms; Cloudflare is the host of this public information site.

Access, retention, and removal

Only authorized private-test users can access a business's dashboard. Connection credentials are encrypted in local storage. A business owner can pause a connection to stop further refreshes. They can also revoke a Google grant in their Google Account or a Squarespace grant in Squarespace.

Private-test reports and connection records are retained while testing continues unless removal is requested. To request access, correction, or deletion, email clearfigsinc@gmail.com. We will verify the requester's authority, explain which records can be removed, and confirm the timing. We review deletion requests manually; an automatic deletion schedule is not active. Revoking a provider grant and deleting ClearFigs' stored data are separate actions.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page before making material changes to the service or opening it to other customers. The effective date above identifies this version.
